Before make a reservation please take a few minutes to read our policy.

1. Please complete the reservation form by giving us your information as much as you can in a booking form.

2. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours and send you a payment method form by e-mail please reply us soon as possible.

3. After received your payment we will send you a voucher then, It is mean your booking was confirmed.

4. We do not charge you card then when received your payment (minimum 7 days  in low season and 14 days high season  before check in date) but will be charge 3 day prior to the check in date.

5. Please print a voucher for use to check in / trip. You don't pay anymore of a room charge except extra fee you had use. (telephone, drink, food....)

6. If your trip has change You can change your check in-out date (fee of charge 150 Baht)  and it depend on available room on that period.

7. Cancellation : Any cancellation must be informed 3-7 days or more prior the arrival check in date.

• fee of charge 200 Baht per record.
• the event of refund,guest will have to responsible for any bank or credit card fee occurred.

8. No Show or Cancell on tour  : Not Refundable
